This foundation was established with the vision of “creating connections between Japan and the youth of the world to foster mutual development for the future.” Currently, we are focused on increasing the number of young people worldwide who are eager to undertake internships in Japan. Japan is facing a significant labor shortage across various sectors, while many Southeast Asian countries are experiencing a surplus of young workers due to rapid population growth. We believe that an internship program allowing university students from these countries to come to Japan for a year of work and study is an effective way to address each other’s needs. Additionally, our foundation aims to provide employment support in Japan, facilitate online internships, develop an international online medical system, and more. To date, we, the staff with extensive experience in this project, have come together to establish our foundation, and we have implemented a robust management system for both work oversight and student support, ensuring that you can trust us to deliver on our commitments with confidence.
